Case Studies
AK Productions saw an opportunity to provide customers with an online training solution and turned to 7sm to realize this vision. 7sm helped AK stay ahead of the competition and reach clients in previously inaccessible markets with the launch of SafetyNet, a one stop web resource for online training, tracking and administration.
With 45,000 current and nearly 80,000 former employees, Providence Health & Services retirement office workload had become bogged down in paper-work. 7sm built Providence “Road to Retirement” (R2R), a web based application that delivers online self service capabilities to employees so they can manage their retirement accounts anywhere they have an internet connection.
When The Leadership Program needed help in managing both in-class and after-school training programs for school-aged children, 7sm created an application called DataFish that allows facilitators to track club activities via a web-based, distributed application. DataFish helps centralize student demographics and provides a common pool of information regarding attendance across the various clubs.
The University of Texas contracted 7sm to design a series of web-based applications to aid airlines in the collection, organization, review and analysis of data resulting from their ASAP programs. We developed a web-based reporting tool for commercial pilots to submit reports and an application for program managers to collect, organize and review these reports. The airline Pilot's Association listed the suite as one if their ten "Best Practices" for ASAP programs.
